Grapefruit invigorates and refreshes; it is known for its purifying properties. Grapefruit is a tasty, refreshing oil that helps boost both the immune and lymphatic systems and is a very powerful antidepressant. It refreshes the breath, heals inflamed gums and has strong disinfectant effects. It can be used in a spray to clean surfaces or to wash fruits and vegetables. Its effect is wide - we can treat the scalp with it, or include it in a weight loss program. It relieves flu and cold symptoms and in skin care can be used to refresh aging or loose skin.

Application:

Topical: Can be applied undiluted, on the problem area or on reflex points.

Aromatic: Diffuse in a diffuser or inhale directly.

Internally: take in capsules or in a glass of water or juice. Use to flavour food when cooking.

Manual:
Diffusion: use three to four drops
Internal use: dilute one drop in 4 dcl of drink
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to the desired area. Dilute with doTERRA fractionated coconut oil to minimize skin sensitivity.
