When added to water, Lemon provides a refreshing and healthy feeling throughout the day. Lemon is often added to food to enhance the flavour of desserts and main dishes. Lemon, taken internally, provides cleansing and digestive benefits and promotes healthy respiratory function. When Lemon is diffused, it is very uplifting and energizing and has been shown to help improve mood.

Application:

• The easiest way to use it is to diffuse it using a diffuser or by direct inhalation from your own palms.
• Lemon oil can be applied to the soles of the feet or added to a glass of water and drunk. It has cleansing and energizing effects. Lemon dissolves harmful substances in the body and thus cleanses cell receptors.
• Many recommend regular cleansing treatments with a few drops of oil in lukewarm water, which should be drunk in the morning - until 2pm. (After 2 pm it is advisable to drink water with peppermint, which will help to expel these dissolved substances from the body.)
