Lemongrass, a tall, perennial plant, has a mild citrus flavor and is used in Asian cuisine in soups, teas and curries, as well as with fish, poultry, beef and seafood. In addition to its unique flavor, lemongrass essential oil promotes healthy digestion and, when ingested, acts as an overall tonic to the body's systems. It also cleanses and tones the skin. • Combine 1:1 fractionated coconut oil and lemongrass oil for a post-workout massage.

Instructions for use
Diffusion: use three to four drops
Internal use: dilute one drop in 1/4 l. of drink
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to the desired area. Dilute with doTERRA fractionated coconut oil to minimize skin sensitivity.
