USE

- Diffuse Wild Orange in a diffuser to create an uplifting aroma and boost your energy levels.
- For an energizing boost, drop one to two drops into the palm of your hand, add equal parts peppermint oil and frankincense oil, rub your palms together and rub them over the back of your neck.
- Add a few drops of Wild Orange to unscented body lotion and apply the lotion all over the body.
- For an invigorating shower, add a few drops of essential oil to the shower gel to create a lather.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Inhalation: use three to four drops in your chosen diffuser.
On the skin: Apply one to two drops to the desired area. Dilute with doTERRA fractionated coconut oil to minimize skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below
