Contains lavender, cedarwood, sandalwood, cinnamon, frankincense, black pepper and patchouli in a base of fractionated coconut oil. This blend supports your connection to yourself and your innate wisdom.
    DoTERRA Align contains Bergamot, Coriander, Marjoram, Peppermint, Jasmine and Rose essential oils in a base of fractionated coconut oil. This centered blend helps you trust yourself and stay open to all possibilities.
    The DoTERRA Arise Enlightening blend supports your stability and your freedom. Combining grapefruit, lemongrass, osmanthus, lemon balm and Siberian fir in a base of fractionated coconut oil, doTERRA ARISE inspires moments of reaching your highest potential.
    Use
    • The perfect yoga to combine with DoTERRA Anchor aromatherapy are Sitting Meditation, Seated Twist and Bhu Mudra (one hand on the heart and the other on the Earth).
    • Ideal yoga poses with doTERRA Align aromatherapy are Warrior II, Triangle and Gate
    • The use of doTERRA will increase when practicing the following yoga exercises: standing shoulder high, standing side stretches, and half moon.
    Instructions for use
    • Aromatic use: apply a few drops to diffused jewels, natural dolomite or lava dispersing rocks.
    • Topical use: Apply one to two drops to the desired area. Further precautions can be found below.
