How to return
Each of our shipments contains proof of purchase - an invoice. The documents required for returning the goods - the return form - can be found in the withdrawal from the contract.
In exceptional cases, it may happen that your order will be delivered in several packages. Therefore, when returning, please make sure that you are only sending back in the package those items that are listed on the given invoice. Otherwise, the return process may take longer.
And this is how you can easily return the goods:
- Pack the goods in the same package in which they were delivered.
- Enclose the invoice or its copy and the contract withdrawal form.
- Enter the return address for the well-sealed package - the invoice address applies.

4. If you are sending the package by Slovak Post, give the delivery address. We do not pick up packages at the post office!
5. Send the package with the goods for return within 14 days at the latest.
6. You return the goods at your own expense, in the case of an electronic process, there is the option of choosing transport, which will be deducted from the amount transferred to the account.

The invoice amount will be refunded via the selected payment method after the returned items have been inspected. Please enter your bank details in IBAN format. In case you paid by cash on delivery (IBAN is mandatory), so that we can return the money to you. Do not forget to return the goods to us in the same condition in which they were delivered.
