Thermos Mountain - lightweight thermos for extreme conditions

Thermos Mountain FFX is the world leader in outdoor thermoses. You won't find a thermos with better parameters nowadays. The thermos is designed to meet all the requirements of a bottle for the mountain environment: easy opening and closing, impact resistance, high insulation performance, light weight and compactness (only 235x70 mm!).
The weight of the thermos
The thermos is very light. Its weight is comparable to titanium thermoses, which are much more expensive. Without anti-slip ring and bottom protection, it weighs only 260g.
High insulating performance
The thermos keeps beverages warm for a very long time - after 6 hours the temperature of the beverage is still above 77 °C (measurement conditions: default beverage temperature 95 °C, ambient temperature 20 °C). The special feature is the narrow 36 mm diameter neck with a special double cap.
Anti-slip thermos cup
The perforated thermos cup is made of two different hard materials so that it does not slip when opening the thermos. The wide bottom provides increased stability of the cup and also ensures an easy grip when removing the thermos from the backpack. The cup volume has been increased over the previous version Thermos Mountain.
Anti-slip ring
Even with thick gloves, opening the thermos is easy. When the thermos is dropped, it also serves as protection.
Thermos double cap
The double closure was developed to facilitate opening and closing of the thermos. The inner part of the cap is fitted with a double thread with a larger pitch. Thanks to this solution, you only need to loosen the inner part of the cap by half a turn and you are ready to pour (with standard caps you need to turn the cap a full turn).
The closure further ensures a calm flow of the beverage and is low maintenance.
Thermos bottom protection
The thermos is made of stainless steel. This type of thermos is often referred to as "unbreakable" thermoses. But it's obvious that falling on a rock doesn't do these "unbreakable" thermoses any good either. The silicone bottom protector cushions the impact when dropping the thermos and protects the bottom from scratches.
